How to apply your sun cream


Most people do not apply nearly enough sun cream, which means they do not get the level of protection advertised on the tube.

It is important that you apply liberally and regularly (at least every 2 hours) to ensure that your skin benefits from the expected UVA & UVB protection.


Prickly heat?


If you suffer from prickly heat, avoid waterproof sun creams based on Mineral oil and Silicone; they coat the skin just like cling film, stopping sweat from escaping.
