Which ingredients can irritate sensitive skin?


It is possible to be sensitive to almost anything but there are some particularly harsh ingredients which are in common use by popular brands of men's moisturiser, deodorant and shower gel which can be a problem for men with sensitive skin.

These include sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS), alcohol (ethyl alcohol, ethanol) and artificial fragrances.
