SPF50+ means that this children's sunscreen offers protection above SPF50, which protects against 98% of UVB rays. It meets EU levels for UVA protection. Just as with any sunscreen, it must be applied properly and re-applied regularly to attain the level of protection advertised.

What age is this children's sunscreen suitable for?

From 6 months, our children's SPF50+ sunscreen can be used on exposed skin when shade and clothing aren’t enough. We recommend to patch test first, especially on sensitive skin. It is suitable for full use by children aged 2 and over.

Can adults use this too?

Yes, this sunscreen can be used by adults.

Is it safe for eczema-prone skin and prickly heat?

This children's sunscreen is very gentle and has been designed to be kind to skin that may be prone to eczema and prickly heat.

Is this sunscreen reef safe?

There is currently no legally defined standard for ‘reef safe’ sunscreens. We do not use Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Octocrylene or Avobenzone, and consider our UV filters to be ocean-friendly. If you are visiting a very environmentally sensitive region, we recommend choosing one of our 100% mineral sunscreens.

What's the difference between this and your children's SPF30 sun cream?

SPF50 gives 98% protection against UVB rays and SPF30 gives 97%. This sunscreen contains different UV filters but rest assured, it is as skin-friendly as you expect from us! It also feels different; this has a lighter, less creamy formula which rubs in almost instantly.

STEP 1: APPLY

Apply generously before sun exposure, creating a visible layer before rubbing in.

STEP 2: TAP

Gently tap the skin to encourage absorption.

STEP 3: REAPPLY

Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling. Insufficient application reduces protection.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
