Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your child’s brush.

Gently brush teeth and gums.

Encourage your child to spit out excess toothpaste after brushing.
Tip for extra TLC
- Avoid rinsing the mouth with water immediately after brushing as this could reduce the fluoride’s effectiveness.

Always check that your local recycling authority accepts toothpaste tubes before adding your finished tube to your household recycling box. If they do not accept toothpastes, please take the tubes to your nearest toothpaste collection point.
