Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and gently brush teeth and gums twice a day.
Do not swallow; rinse well after brushing.
Dental use only. Avoid eyes. Rinse if eye contact occurs. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for use during breastfeeding.
If pregnant, consult doctor or midwife before use.

Always check that your local recycling authority accepts toothpaste tubes before adding your finished tube to your household recycling box. If they do not accept toothpastes, please take the tubes to your nearest toothpaste collection point.
