Dampen the skin and, if desired, apply your preferred body wash

STEP 2: MASSAGE
Massage in circular motions, applying more pressure for more intense exfoliation.

STEP 3: RINSE
Finish by rinsing off the skin with warm water. Wring out the mitt and leave to dry.

STEP 4: NOURISH
Follow with your favourite Green People self tan, body lotion or body oil.
- To clean, handwash or wash at 40° Celsius.

It's a great way to exfoliate before self tan as it lifts away dead skin and leaves skin primed for self tan. You can even use it to erase any self tan mistakes.
